Our Management team will liaise with the incumbent supplier & arrange to hold consultations with the transferring staff. We ensure any operational changes to staffing or schedules are explained and discussed.

Account Manager to create schedules, set up KPI & online auditing. Collate requirements for the workstream leads.

Operational Team to set up Janitorial supplies, waste management supplies, order equipment, & appoint any sub-contractors

HR to manage TUPE process where applicable or identify gaps in the workforce.

Health & Safety Team to carry out a site survey & prepare site inductions & training. Prepare draft site specific Risk Assessments, Safe systems of work, Method statements, Accident/near miss reports ect

Accounts Dept to set up client invoicing account

Area Manager to attend site with the Cleaning Operatives providing clear instructions
