We are a family-run business that was originally founded in 1986 as M.A.S Cleaning and started with one window cleaner. Since then, the company has grown and succeeded, becoming Inner London Cleaning Ltd in 2009 with over 150 members of staff today.

Sandra Sully
Director & Founder
Sandra has over 20 years of experience within the cleaning industry and along with her husband, Mark, founded Inner London Cleaning back in 2009. Under Sandra's guidance the business has grown from its humble beginnings employing just two people to where it is today employing a workforce of over 150 people.
She is a hands on director who is always available to help with client’s needs. Sandra feels that as a family business it is important that both staff and clients can contact her whenever they need.

Director & Founder
Mark Sully
Mark has over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry working for various companies within London before founding Inner London Cleaning in 2009 with his wife Sandra.
Mark is the face of the business and always out of the office meeting clients. He stays close to his roots and can be found regularly cleaning windows within the city.



Gavin Hoebeeck
operations director
Gavin joined us in 2010 on a part time basis whilst completing his degree. Since 2013 he took on the role of Operations Manager. After years of hard work and dedication to the business he was made a director in 2021.
Gavin is responsible for all the companies operational tasks and our health and safety management. He also works closely with our clients to help improve their service wherever possible.
Gavin holds an IOSH Managing Safely qualification and led the company in gaining its ISO accreditations and becoming SafeContractor approved.

Office Manager (Payroll & Accounts)
Amy Eldridge
Amy joined us as the Office Manager in 2018 when she quickly updated our office procedures and took a hands on approach to all levels of our office management. Amy is now our HR & Payroll Manager dealing with everything Employee Related, as well as still running the office on a day to day basis.
Amy is also our Environmental Ambassador ensuring that our own office, as well the clients who’s office’s we service, are becoming more Eco Friendly. This includes introducing Energy Saving techniques, Sustainable Products and more office recycling.
Amy holds a yearly Macmillan Ladies Coffee Morning supported by Inner London Cleaning to help raise funds for Macmillan nurses as well as supporting local business women within our community.
From April 2023 Amy has taken on an additional role of Accounts Manager.



Emma Robinson
Office Assistant
Emma joined our team in August 2024 to help run the operation side of the business. She has since simplified and streamlined our Health and Safety Procedures as well as fronting the roll out of our Consumables Ordering Process.
She is actively learning all aspects of the business, completing various training courses already and getting stuck in whenever she’s needed. She is our Office First Aider after passing her St Johns Ambulance First Aid at Work training course – we can’t wait to watch Emma grow within our team!

Area Manager
Nicoleta Dan
Nicoleta Joined our team as Area Manager in 2023. with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry.
She consider herself a hands-on leader, which is essential in cleaning field.
Nicoleta is fluent in four languages & graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
With a solid background in housekeeping, team leading & management spanning over twenty years.
She brings all her skills to support our cleaners, her job is most of days outside having sites visits, "flying around London" like she likes to say.
Besides her work that she has developed a passion for travel, & is totally in love with our office pets Albert & Bella.
