Inner London Cleaning cleaners are hired after successful background checks. Our staff and contractors are all fully trained and easily recognisable by their Inner London Cleaning uniform.

Sandra Sully


Sandra has over 20 years of experience within the cleaning industry and along with her husband, Mark, founded Inner London Cleaning back in 2009. Under Sandra's guidance the business has grown from its humble beginnings employing just two people to where it is today employing a workforce of over 150 people.


She is a hands on director who is always available to help with clients needs. Sandra feels that as a family business it is important that both staff and clients can contact her whenever they need.

Mark Sully


Mark has over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry working for various companies within London before founding Inner London Cleaning in 2009 with his wife Sandra.


Mark is the face of the business and always out of the office meeting clients. He stays close to his roots and can be found regularly cleaning windows within the city. 

Gavin Hoebeeck

Operations Manager

Gavin joined us in 2010 on a part time basis whilst completing his degree. Since 2013 he has taken on his current role.


Gavin is responsible for all the companies operational tasks and our health and safety management. He also works closely with our clients to help improve their service whever possible.


Gavin holds an IOSH Managing Safely qualification and led the company in gaining its ISO accreditations and becoming SafeContractor approved.  


He is the eye candy of the office who loves himself just as much as he loves his food. Without him the office would be a boring place!

Amy Eldridge

Office Manager

As the newst member of our team Amy has made an instant impact in her role following her experiances with the NHS, Local Authorities and Private Sector work.


Amy joined us during our move to the new office and has instantly reorganised and restructured the way we work as a business.


She is already a hughly valued member of our team and has introduced a hint of pink to the company.

Mia Montoya Torres

Area Manager

Mia has worked for us since 2012 and worked her way up from a cleaner to Area Manager.


She has shown unrivaled commited to the business and has been dedicated to improving the work we do.

Staff Training

Inner London Cleaning are committed to the continuous improvement and development of all our staff. As such we offer training to staff at all levels. With the aid of Citation & ISO managment systems we are able to plan, identify and deliver an up to date training programme that meets the needs of both our staff and the industry.
